- Are there credits or a trial?
- No. There are three plans, weekly, monthly and yearly, and no credit balance or trial.
- How do I cancel?
- In Settings › Plan, open Manage billing and cancel. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. A bigger plan starts now and the difference is charged; a smaller one starts at your next renewal.
- Is the picture a drawing my sign maker can build from?
- No. It is a preview on your photo to show the style you want. Sizes, materials and fabrication are your sign maker’s job.
