Syarat dan ketentuan

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Business Sign Preview (businesssignpreview.com) and its related services (the “Service”), provided by TEXTINTEL FZE, Starcamp Global, DWTC The Offices One, Office Number 01.03, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

2. The Service

The Service creates previews: pictures that show a sign style with the business name you enter on a photo of your storefront. Previews are generated automatically. They are not photographs of an installed sign, not shop drawings, and not to scale; the letters, the building and the sign may not appear exactly as entered or as they would be built. Dimensions, materials, permits and fabrication are for your sign maker. You are responsible for reviewing a preview before you rely on it or share it.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make purchases.

4. Free use, subscriptions and payments

• Your first picture is free, without an account, subject to limits per account and per network.
• Further pictures need a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription. Prices and what they include are shown on our pricing page and before purchase. Buying needs a signed-up account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• A refunded payment or a lost payment dispute ends the subscription at once. Pictures already made stay in your library.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added.
• We may change prices with notice; changes apply from the next billing period.

5. Refunds

You may request a full refund of your last subscription payment within seven (7) days of the payment by contacting support@businesssignpreview.com. Each user may request a refund only once. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload and the previews created from it. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display your content only as needed to provide the Service to you. You confirm that you have all rights and consents needed for the content you upload.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive or that you have no right to use;
• enter business names, taglines or marks you have no right to use;
• present a preview as a photograph of a real, installed sign, or otherwise use the Service to mislead or deceive others;
• misuse, interfere with, copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service;
• circumvent usage limits or create accounts to abuse offers.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and brand, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arose.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Turkish law. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish courts.
